How much does UK Mainland delivery cost?

Delivery on our Powders and 16-Bar boxes is free (to most of UK mainland)! 

For lower value orders under £15 we charge a delivery fee in line with our postage /  courier costs.

How much does UK 'Offshore' delivery cost?

Our courier charges additional rates for all orders that are delivered to 'Offshore' regions of the UK.

Do I get a delivery slot if ordering from Mainland UK?

For 2 or more pouches of Huel Powder:

Yes. We use the courier DPD/Interlink, who offer next day delivery. On the day of the delivery they will email you a one hour delivery time slot. In that email you will have a range of 'in-flight' options such as changing your delivery date, collecting from your nearest DPD Pickup Shop, asking us to deliver to your preferred neighbour or arranging to have your order delivered to a safe place at your address.

There are over 2500 pick up shops across the UK.

Important: when you pick up from a pick-up shop you'll need to bring 2 pieces of ID -  photo ID and ID with your address on it, such as a utility bill, plus your email (just on your phone will work). Also ensure that you pick up your parcel within less than a week otherwise it will get returned and a charge will be incurred. 

For orders of 16-bar boxes or more of Huel Bars:

For orders of 16-bar boxes or more of Huel Bars, orders are sent via Royal Mail Next Day Tracked service. This service provides email and SMS notifications on your delivery status. If you order Huel Bars and Huel Powder in one order, your order will be sent via Interlink/DPD.

For everything else:

All other items are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail post, which means deliveries to the UK mainland can take up to 5 working days.

Do I get a delivery slot if order from outside Mainland UK?

For visitors from the USA you can order from https://huel.com

For Sweden you can visit our dedicated Swedish site at https://se.huel.com

For Germany we have a dedicated German language site serving Germany and Austria at https://de.huel.com

For visitors from EU member states we have a site at https://eu.huel.com

The US is served by our US fulfilment team and delivery service. Orders for Sweden, Germany, Austria and the rest of the EU are managed by our German fulfilment team. 

Note each site has its own dedicated delivery page advising of delivery costs, methods and delivery slots if available.

The Rest of the World is currently served by the UK site.

Do I get a delivery slot? (Rest of World)

You should get an email telling you the date that the delivery is due, but currently our delivery partners do not offer specified slots.

What is the cut off point for next day (UK mainland) delivery?

All orders placed before 7pm will be delivered the next working day. We don't pick and pack at the weekend, so if you order then it will be picked and packed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. 

All UK Mainland orders for powder and 16 bar boxes placed before 7pm Friday (excluding bank holidays) can be upgraded to Saturday delivery for £2.00. Any Saturday delivery orders placed after this time will be delivered the following Saturday.

How much does delivery to other regions of the UK cost?

The prices below are for all weights between 0kg and 10kg. One week's supply of Huel is approx. 4kg boxed.

  • Channel Isles:  £5 up to 10kg (4 weeks of Huel would cost £22.5)
  • Isle of Man:  £10 up to 10kg (4 weeks of Huel would cost £15)
  • Northern Ireland: £10 up to 10kg (4 weeks of Huel would cost £15)
  • Scottish Highlands:  £6 up to 10kg (4 weeks of Huel would cost £15)
  • Scottish Islands:  £10 up to 10kg (4 weeks of Huel would cost £11)

Who should I contact for issues with my delivery?

If you suspect your parcel may have been lost or mis-delivered, please contact team@huel.com within 7 days of the original delivery date. If we are made aware outside of this time period, it is unlikely that lost parcel costs can be covered by Huel.

Please note: The days quoted below are estimated working days (Monday to Friday). Whilst we subsidise the delivery charges for both the flavour pouches and Huel, we subsidise the costs of the flavour pouches less than Huel. This means often it will be cheaper to order the flavour pouches with your Huel, as they’ll be included in the delivery cost of the Huel itself.

**The Spanish Balearic Islands and some areas in Iceland have an out of area surcharge, so an additional cost will be incurred.

Delivery costs outside of Europe:

The countries outside of Europe, listed below, that we currently deliver to fall into different bands of how much it will cost to ship Huel. We ship in weight groups of 0kg to 5kg, 5.1kg to 8kg and 8.1kg to 15.5kg. This means that in some instances, you can add more products to your order, such as additional flavour pouches (150 grams), and not pay additional shipping costs. More countries will be added to this list soon.

Delivery to North America

For the USA you can now buy Huel from our US site. Sorry but we don't currently ship to Canada, but it's in the pipeline. If you want to be notified once shipping to Canada is ready, you can sign up to our mailing list here. 

Customs and Import Fees

As all of our orders are shipped from the UK, you may be susceptible to customs fees. Customs fees will be charged upon the parcel reaching the destination country.

You as the customer, are liable for all import duties, customs and local sales taxes set by the country you reside in; payment of these fees is required to release your order from customs.

The grand total of your order as displayed on the checkout does not include any additional duties required. The courier, prior to delivery, will inform you of any additional duties if necessary.

Huel has no control over customs and import tax and unfortunately we are unable tell you exactly how much you will be charged. Customs and import tax varies widely depending on the country you are situated in.

Refusing to Pay Customs

If you choose to refuse the customs fee and the parcel is returned back to Huel, a shipping and handling fee will be deducted from your refund.

If you're still unsure on whether you'll be subject to customs fees, we'd recommend contacting your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

How long will it take me to get my Huel?

If you order before 7pm it will be delivered the next working day. We don't pick and pack at the weekend, so if you order then it will be picked and packed on Monday and delivered on Tuesday. International deliveries usually take 3-5 working days.
